Brynllwyd Glamping Terms and conditions

Booking with the above must be undertaken by a signatory who is over eighteen years of age.

  • Arrivals strict policy between 3pm and 9pm due to ensuring cleaning of pod and hot tub from those departing property.
  • Departure is to be no later than 11am.
  • Vehicles must be parked in the designated area outside the pod
  • Cancellation policy .

    Full refund seven days or earlier prior to arrival . (minus fees)

    50% refund up to two days prior to arrival . (minus fees)

  • No refunds for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures .
  • You may wish to purchase holiday insurance for unforeseen circumstances that may include cancellations, personal injury and damage ,loss to your own property.
  • No pet Policy is in operation.
  • All damages must be paid for.
  • No naked flames / smoking allowed within the pod.
  • In the event of a complaint, please inform us immediately ,we will do our best to resolve as soon as is possible.
  • Brynllwyd Glamping has no liability for theft , loss or damage to personal belongings .
  • Occupancy is up to five persons only.

    Rubbish and any waste must be disposed of in the bins provided.

    Safety

    A guide (Green booklet) is provided within the pod and you are advised that it is the responsibility of the guest to ensure they have read this at the start of their holiday.

    Use of hot tub is covered in Green guide. Guests are advised not to use hot tub in rain /Thunderstorms.

    Guests must be aware of their own Health issues /pregnancy /temperature settings for children using hot tub.

    Please report any concerns to hosts who will advise.

    We cannot guarantee use of the hot tub for one night visitors due to cleaning and getting the hot tub up to operating temperature depending on outside temperatures out of summer season.

    No refunds will be made if the hot tub is unavailable.

    Barbecues are permitted only within the fire-pit.

    Fire extinguisher, fire blanket are located within the pod (please notify of any usage ,so these can be replaced )

    The lake area is available to walk around.

  • Please wear suitable footwear.
  • Watch out for exposed tree roots.
  • Access to the island is by the bridge only.
  • No barbecues on the island /picnic area available.
  • No swimming /paddling in the lake.
  • No boating.
  • Rescue orange buoys are situated on lake path.
  • Please ensure an adult accompanies children by the lake area.
  • Please ensure lake gates are closed following use.
